We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled React Developer to join our innovative and dynamic team. As a React Developer, you are responsible for building modern, scalable, and high-performing user-facing web applications. You thrive in fast-paced environments where you can create seamless, intuitive experiences for external users at scale. You bring deep expertise in React and TypeScript, along with a strong foundation in overall web development principles and best practices. You are comfortable working with APIs and collaborating closely with backend teams to deliver robust end-to-end solutions. Experience with Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance concepts allows you to quickly ramp up and contribute meaningful insights to the product.

Requirements

• 10+ years of overall web development experience, with a strong focus on modern front-end technologies.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with React and TypeScript in production environments.
• Proven experience building external-facing, high-traffic web applications with strong performance considerations.
• Solid understanding of API integration, asynchronous data handling, and RESTful services.
• Familiarity with Azure environments and foundational knowledge of data modeling concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to ramp up quickly, adapt to evolving requirements, and deliver high-quality solutions in fast-paced settings.

Nice To Haves

• Understanding Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance concepts is highly preferred for faster onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-volume, external-facing web applications using React and TypeScript, ensuring a seamless and consistent user experience across devices and browsers.
• Collaborate closely with backend developers to integrate APIs, validate data flows, and ensure optimal application performance and responsiveness.
• Build reusable, scalable UI components while following modern front-end architecture patterns and coding best practices.
• Optimize applications for speed, performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility in high-traffic environments.
• Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and testing efforts to maintain high-quality standards and consistency.
• Work within Azure-hosted environments, aligning front-end solutions with cloud-based architectures and data models.
• Translate business and insurance (P&C) requirements into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that meet both functional and performance goals.
