About The Position
We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer who is a freelancer. The ideal candidate is an expert in Ruby on Rails and TypeScript, capable of building various features including complex dashboards, billing UIs, and documentation platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of developer experience (DevEx) and the ability to independently drive features from concept to completion. The candidate should be comfortable with ambiguity, accountable, reliable, and take ownership of the entire lifecycle of the features they build, including monitoring in production.

Responsibilities
- Build complex dashboards, billing UIs, and documentation platforms.
- Develop a deep understanding of the platform (Pub/Sub, Chat, LiveSync).
- Gain a first-hand understanding of the developer experience by using the product.
- Take a feature from a loose concept to a shipped product with minimal supervision.
- Identify problems and propose solutions independently.
- Provide realistic estimates based on technical complexity.
- Communicate proactively about potential timeline risks.
- Monitor built features in production.
- Take personal ownership of quality issues.
- See a feature through its entire lifecycle, from coding to metrics.
