Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (TS/SCI)

Integrate•Seattle, WA
•$155,000 - $210,000

About The Position

Integrate is hiring a Full Stack Engineer to build and evolve the product layer of its platform. The role spans React-based user interfaces, Go APIs, and the integrations connecting them. Near-term work includes cross-domain solution workflows, making complex project data easier to use, and contributing to underlying API and integration services. The engineer will work closely with product, design, and backend engineers and own the quality and craft of delivered work. The position requires operating with an active TS or TS/SCI clearance. Integrate’s platform supports work across classification levels, and cleared engineers contribute with visibility into mission constraints, threat variables, and program complexities that inform product requirements. The team works without a handoff culture: engineers own what they build.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of full stack engineering experience in a product-focused environment.
  • Strong React fundamentals, including component architecture, state management, and performance.
  • Solid HTML5 and CSS3 skills and ability to build clean, responsive interfaces.
  • Go backend experience, including REST API development, middleware, and service patterns.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL schema design, query writing, and migrations.
  • Ability to read and reason about GraphQL resolvers, with understanding of N+1 patterns and common pitfalls.
  • Familiarity with integration patterns such as webhooks or third-party API design.
  • Some exposure to backend concerns such as caching, rate limiting, or asynchronous processing.
  • Experience with GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD tooling.
  • Active TS or TS/SCI security clearance.
  • US person status, as defined in the posting, is required due to export-control requirements.
  • Comfort working across the stack, asking questions and moving forward when specifications are ambiguous, communicating openly, and surfacing issues early.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Apollo Client.
  • Experience with complex or graph-structured data models.
  • Background in B2B SaaS, defense technology, or complex enterprise environments.
  • Comfort working with a product and architecture that are still taking shape.

Responsibilities

  • Build and iterate on React-based user interface surfaces for complex project workflows.
  • Design and maintain REST APIs and GraphQL layers in Go for internal and external consumers.
  • Own and evolve PostgreSQL data models, including schema design, query optimization, and migration management.
  • Contribute to the GraphQL integration layer and ensure resolvers are well-structured and performant.
  • Build and maintain Go integration services connecting internal systems and external APIs, including interface design, error handling, and observability.
  • Write and maintain GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines for building, testing, and deploying across environments.
  • Ship clean, tested, maintainable code across the stack.

Benefits

  • Strong benefits.
  • Real ownership and influence over architecture and technical direction.
  • Room to grow.
