Workday•Atlanta, GA
•€72,000 - €108,000•Hybrid

About The Position

The Senior Full Stack Software Engineer will join Workday’s Platform Consumption Console (PCC) team, which builds infrastructure for usage data ingestion, billing calculations, and customer-facing controls supporting flexible, usage-based products such as Workday Agents. Working in a small, cross-functional pod, the engineer will design and deliver full-stack solutions, from front-end experiences to resilient backend services, integrating AI-driven capabilities into HR and Finance workflows. The role contributes to PCC’s evolution into core enterprise infrastructure and addresses large-scale engineering challenges, including processing daily usage metrics, maintaining accurate financial ledgers, and building customer dashboards. The team offers an opportunity to help define technical strategy and standards within a focused platform organization. The posting lists qualifications at Principal (P5), Senior (P4), and Mid-Level (P3) levels. It also describes flexible work combining in-person and remote work: teams spend at least half of each quarter in the office or in the field, depending on the role. Remote home-office roles may also come together in offices for important occasions.
