About The Position

This role involves researching, designing, implementing, and managing software programs, as well as testing and evaluating new programs. The Senior Full Stack .NET Developer will work closely with other developers, UX designers, business and systems analysts. The position requires a certain degree of creativity and latitude, working under limited supervision with considerable initiative and independent judgment. The developer will design, code, and modify complex computer programs, subroutines, triggers, stored procedures, objects, classes, and scripts using Angular, C#, ASP.net, and Oracle Database. Responsibilities include performing necessary testing, generating test data, writing test scripts, examining test results, and debugging errors. The role emphasizes using current software development methods and techniques, adhering to established development standards (programming, documentation, and testing) to ensure application quality and maintainability. Participation in code reviews is expected to ensure compliance with development standards and system/business requirements.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience in the field or in a particular field
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
  • Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
  • 7 Years Experience in computer programming, analysis and development of complex business processes and system solutions
  • 7 Years Experience in coding, testing, and debugging of programs that are in development and/or requiring support for issue resolution, performance or enhancement
  • 7 Years Ability to process information logically; to design programs and systems logic; to prepare program specifications
  • 7 Years Highly developed oral and written communications skills
  • 7 Years High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others motivate employee and elicit work output
  • 7 Years Knowledge and understanding of Information Technology industry trends, directions and market experience; ability to relate them to own organization
  • 7 Years Knowledge of architectural concepts, principles, and tools relevant to infrastructure, information, applications, organizational structure, etc.
  • 7 Years Knowledge of emerging technologies (new to company systems as well as those that are new to the information systems industry)
  • 7 Years Knowledge of tools, techniques and good practices for protecting the integrity of corporate data and associated processing, company technology practices, standards and procedures
  • 7 Years Knowledge of solution delivery utilizing Agile or Scrum methodology
