Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in full-stack software engineering
- Experience at high-growth startups (Seed through Series C)
- Experience leading products or features from 0 → 1
- Strong ownership mentality and startup mindset
- Strong backend engineering experience
- Experience designing and shipping customer-facing APIs
- Strong system design and architecture skills
- Experience with React and modern frontend development
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL
- Experience working with analytical databases and data-intensive applications
- Strong software engineering fundamentals
- Experience building enterprise SaaS products
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments
- Experience collaborating closely with customers and stakeholders
- Strong communication and product thinking skills
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in engineering workflows
- Ability to own projects end-to-end
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related technical field preferred

Responsibilities
- Build customer-facing products used by investigators, analysts, and compliance teams
- Design and implement scalable APIs and backend services
- Own features from concept through production deployment
- Build full-stack applications across backend and frontend systems
- Design intuitive user experiences for non-technical users
- Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to understand pain points
- Translate customer requirements into technical solutions
- Design database schemas and backend architectures
- Build distributed systems supporting large-scale blockchain intelligence workflows
- Improve platform reliability, scalability, and performance
- Work across React, backend services, databases, and APIs
- Develop analytics and investigation workflows
- Participate in architecture and system design discussions
- Drive technical decisions across product initiatives
- Build and ship greenfield features with high ownership
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and customer-facing teams
- Mentor engineers and contribute to engineering excellence
- Operate as a senior individual contributor with significant ownership
- Build products that help prevent financial crime globally
Benefits
- Base salary: $211,000 – $250,000
- Equity package valued at approximately $260,000 – $400,000 over four years
