About The Position

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with AI to help design, develop, and operate modern cloud-based applications for the healthcare domain. In this role, you will work across Front-end, Back-end, and DevOps domains while designing and integrating AI-powered features into business applications used by doctors and clinics. The position requires hands-on commercial experience with modern AI and LLM technologies. CUSTOMER Our Customer operates in the medical domain and develops applications for doctors and clinics. PROJECT The project combines Full-Stack development, cloud-native engineering, DevOps practices, and the integration of AI-powered capabilities into healthcare applications. TECHNOLOGY STACK React, Angular Java/Spring Boot, Python, C# Kafka, Terraform Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD Azure OpenAI or similar AI platforms

Requirements

• Senior-level Full-Stack Engineer with 6+ years of commercial experience.
• Strong Front-end expertise with React or Angular
• Strong Back-end expertise in Java/Spring Boot, Python, or C#
• At least 1 year of hands-on commercial experience developing and integrating AI-powered features into software products
• Practical experience building AI agents, intelligent workflows, or automation solutions
• Practical experience with modern LLM ecosystems and AI platforms, such as Azure OpenAI or similar
• Experience with cloud-native architectures and DevOps practices
• Demonstrated practical use of AI tools in software engineering
• Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent technical background
• Strong English communication skills
