About The Position

NorthHill Technology Resources is hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer to support a federal program in Springfield, Virginia. This is a direct-hire, full-time, on-site role with a fast-growing federal integrator. The selected candidate must hold an active TS/SCI clearance; the client will sponsor a CI polygraph within the first year.

The position requires hands-on, current full-stack development experience spanning both front end and back end in a recent role. The developer will work with JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML5, and a modern front-end framework; build Python services and APIs; design and consume RESTful APIs; work with relational databases; and contribute to automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and Agile/Scrum delivery.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• At least 5 years of professional full-stack development experience, with recent hands-on front-end and back-end work in the same role.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML5, and a modern front-end framework.
• Hands-on experience with Python services and APIs, using FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.
• Experience with automated testing tools such as PyTest, Jest, Cypress, Playwright, or similar.
• Experience building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar.
• Experience with Git workflows and Agile/Scrum delivery.
• Ability to work full time on site in Springfield, Virginia.
