About The Position

The Senior Full Stack Developer will own the technical direction of MCC-Field, a next-generation field application used by site operations, third-party contractors, and preventive maintenance teams across the company's EV charging network. The application supports field technicians as they audit, cycle-count, replace, and troubleshoot chargers in real-world conditions, including intermittent connectivity, gloved-hand device use, and shift-based operations. The role will guide the platform from R0 hardening through R3+ feature delivery, evolving a Progressive Web App with offline-first persistence and AWS serverless infrastructure using Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, and Cognito. The developer will partner with other development engineers and drive R1 API integrations with partner teams. The work emphasizes production-grade engineering practices, including dependency injection, property-based testing, offline synchronization with bounded retries and conflict detection, and CloudWatch observability. This is an individual-contributor position with technical leadership scope.
