About The Position

Greenberg Traurig is hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer for its Innovation Team. The role is based at one of the firm’s U.S. offices on a hybrid basis, with regular in-office presence required for day-to-day operations, team meetings, training, and relationship building. The position reports to the Director, Applied AI. The developer will design, develop, and maintain secure, enterprise-grade applications supporting the firm’s AI initiatives, including Chat @ GT and related AI-powered solutions. The role calls for hands-on expertise in C#, .NET 10, ASP.NET, SQL Server, and modern DevOps practices, as well as experience with Domain-Driven Design, cloud technologies, containerized environments, and cross-platform infrastructure. The successful candidate will build scalable software, contribute to architectural strategy, mentor developers, and work with business and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality applications that improve productivity and create business value.

Requirements

Deep expertise in C#, .NET 10, ASP.NET Web API, and modern full-stack application development.
Strong proficiency with SQL Server, including query optimization, stored procedures, indexing strategies, and enterprise database design principles.
Hands-on experience with Entity Framework and Dapper and the ability to select an appropriate data access approach.
Minimum of five years of professional software development experience.
Demonstrated experience designing, building, deploying, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications built on the .NET stack.
Hands-on experience with modern DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, infrastructure automation, and release management.
Experience supporting technical projects through development, deployment, production support, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance.
Strong PowerShell scripting experience for automation, deployment, and system administration.
Experience deploying and supporting applications in Linux, Windows Server, and Docker-based environments.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work demands.
Ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Demonstrated ownership, accountability, judgment, and follow-through in supporting projects from design through production maintenance.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Azure or comparable cloud platforms.
Understanding of security best practices in web application development, DevOps, data protection, and secure enterprise systems.
Experience working in a legal, professional services, or enterprise environment.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; equivalent professional experience is considered.
Experience applying Domain-Driven Design principles, clean architecture, and modern software engineering practices in real-world projects.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating across product, business, QA, and technical teams.
Relevant Microsoft, Azure, or software development certifications.
Familiarity with React, Blazor Server, server-side rendering patterns, mobile platforms, and/or progressive web applications.

Familiarity with microservices architecture and message brokers such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Azure Service Bus.
Experience with Git-based version control, branching strategies, code review workflows, and maintainable release practices.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy web applications using .NET 10, C#, and ASP.NET.
Architect and implement solutions using Domain-Driven Design principles, including bounded contexts, aggregates, and ubiquitous language.
Develop and optimize SQL Server database solutions using Entity Framework and Dapper as appropriate.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to support reliable, automated deployments.
Write and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation, deployment, and system administration.
Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot applications across Linux, Windows Server, and Docker environments.
Contribute to front-end development using React and/or scripting and tooling with Python as needed.
Participate in code reviews, technical design sessions, and architectural planning.
Mentor junior and mid-level developers and promote best practices in code quality, testing, and design patterns.
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and QA engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
Maintain thorough documentation of code, architecture, and processes.
