About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our team, dedicated to building dashboards for game publishers working with Unity Ads! As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of our Unity Ads dashboards. Your responsibilities will include crafting and implementing robust, scalable, and secure software systems, collaborating with multi-functional teams to capture requirements, and continuously improving the performance and reliability of our products. We are seeing incredible success with our new platform Vector and this role will help to continue that success
Requirements
- Proven experience building and shipping modern, user-facing web applications in production environments.
- Strong track record delivering large-scale, data-intensive dashboards or complex frontend products.
- Advanced proficiency in TypeScript and React, with strong judgment around component design, state management, and performance.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate deeply with Product and Design, including shaping scope, prioritization, and UX tradeoffs.
- Experience working across multiple teams or dashboard surfaces, influencing quality and consistency beyond one feature area.
- Proven ownership of production frontend systems, including launch readiness and post-launch iteration.
- Solid engineering discipline: testing, code reviews, accessibility, and maintainable frontend architecture.
- Clear communicator who can align stakeholders without needing formal authority.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with design systems, no-code builders, or configuration-driven UI frameworks.
- Familiarity with frontend observability (performance metrics, error tracking, UX signals).
- Experience in Ads, analytics, gaming, or similarly complex data domains.
- Exposure to cross-team technical alignment or guild-style quality initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Deliver complex dashboard experiences that turn multi-dimensional data into clear, trustworthy, and actionable user workflows.
- Own frontend features from requirements through production, working closely with Product and Design to shape requirements, UX decisions, and execution plans.
- Act as a partner to Product, helping translate customer needs and metrics into intuitive dashboard interactions and feature tradeoffs.
- Build and evolve shared UI patterns, components, and interaction models used across multiple dashboard surfaces.
- Partner with engineers across dashboard teams to review designs and code, promoting consistency, performance, and maintainability.
- Guide implementation of data-driven UI, ensuring frontend data models are resilient to change and edge cases.
- Identify UX, performance, and reliability issues through hands-on investigation, metrics, and user feedback, and drive improvements to resolution.
- Contribute to frontend architecture decisions, balancing short-term delivery with long-term usability and extensibility.
