Senior Frontend Engineer

AgentSyncDenver, CO
Onsite

About The Position

AgentSync is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to own the experience layer of the AgentSync app. This role involves working directly with engineering leads and product owners to develop next-generation products. The company hires product-minded engineers who think like owners and care about the customer and the craft of the experience. Teams are lean with a high engineer-to-PM ratio and no dedicated designer, meaning engineers closest to the work define what great looks like. The company moves fast, builds with intention, and expects everyone to bring their full capability, including leveraging AI to improve work. The Senior Frontend Engineer will partner with the existing team to own the quality and architecture of the customer-facing experience, help build the next iteration of the AgentSync Platform, and shape the future of the frontend architecture and design system.

Requirements

  • 5+ years building and shipping production, mobile-responsive web applications
  • Deep expertise in React, plus modern frontend tooling, state management, and testing
  • Strong web fundamentals — HTML, CSS, accessibility, responsive design, and performance
  • A strong design and UX sensibility — comfortable owning the experience without a dedicated designer
  • Experience building or contributing to shared component libraries and design systems
  • Proven use of AI tools to accelerate frontend work, with a point of view on where they help and where they don't
  • Comfortable weighing frontend architecture tradeoffs — e.g. micro-frontend vs. monorepo — and deciding when each is the right fit
  • Willingness to lean into the backend (Java/Go) when needed, with a solid understanding of how the full system fits together
  • Expert at writing clean, maintainable code and clear pull requests, and giving thoughtful, high-quality reviews
  • Clear communicator with a strong ownership mentality — you estimate and deliver work reliably, and surface risks and tradeoffs early
  • A scrappy, gritty, roll-up-your-sleeves mentality — you thrive with ambiguity and ownership
