About The Position

Concentrix is seeking a Senior Front-End Developer to join its Web Engineering team and support a strategic digital modernization initiative focused on improving customer-facing digital experiences. The role designs, develops, and deploys scalable web applications using modern front-end technologies, headless CMS solutions, and cloud-native development practices. The ideal candidate has expertise in Svelte and SvelteKit, Sanity CMS, modern JavaScript frameworks, API integrations, and Agile software delivery. The developer works closely with architects, product owners, UX teams, and platform engineers to deliver high-performance customer-facing experiences at enterprise scale. This is an existing, immediate vacancy, and Concentrix is seeking someone who can start as soon as possible. The position is full-time and located at the Seattle, Washington address listed in the posting. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and reside in the U.S. or have a valid U.S. residential address. The position involves generally sedentary work and regular use of a computer, keyboard, telephone/headset, and/or other office equipment.

Requirements

At least 7 years of software development experience.
At least 3 years of modern JavaScript application development.
Strong experience with Svelte, SvelteKit, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, REST APIs, GraphQL, Git, and modern source control practices.
Hands-on experience with Sanity CMS, headless CMS architectures, component-based UI development, responsive web design, and client-side performance optimization.
Experience building applications deployed in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Strong knowledge of web accessibility, WCAG, and SEO best practices.
A test-driven, quality-focused development approach.
Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Jest, or Vitest.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
Strong debugging and performance-tuning capabilities.
Legal authorization to work in the United States and residence in the United States or a valid U.S. residential address.

Experience supporting large-scale consumer digital platforms.
Telecommunications or eCommerce industry experience.
Experience migrating from traditional CMS platforms to headless architectures.
Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and migration strategies.
Experience with design systems and reusable component libraries.
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor.

Responsibilities

Design and develop responsive, scalable, high-performing web applications using Svelte and SvelteKit.
Build and maintain content-driven experiences using Sanity CMS and headless architecture principles.
Collaborate with Product, UX, and Architecture teams to implement customer-facing features and enhancements.
Develop reusable UI components, design system integrations, and front-end frameworks.
Integrate internal and external APIs, microservices, authentication platforms, and customer data services.
Drive code quality through peer reviews, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and engineering best practices.
Optimize application performance, accessibility, SEO, security, and scalability.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, design reviews, and retrospectives.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering standards and technical decision-making.
Support production deployments, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Work with platform and DevOps teams to ensure reliable delivery through automated deployment pipelines.
