About The Position

We are seeking a talented Mid-Level – Senior Designer to join our team as creative support on the design front for a top-tier global professional services organization. This person will take existing brand guidelines and creative materials, reimagine and adapt them for different deliverables. This role will balance both original conceptual ideas and creative expansion. The ideal candidate must have a great eye for design, come from an integrated background, fluent in Adobe suite, and have outstanding communication skills with demonstrated interpersonal and organization abilities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of design magic in an agency working with big brands, blending creativity and light production skills
  • Experience in comprehensive B2B marketing and communications, spanning digital, print, and both original content creation and adaptation
  • Pro in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
  • Self-starter with a curious streak, positive, and solutions-oriented
  • Organized, detail-focused, team player with time management on lock
  • Portfolio that wows, showing off creative skills while sticking to brand guidelines
  • Independent worker who thrives without constant supervision
  • Experience collaborating with offshore teams
  • Eye for detail, aesthetics, and storytelling
  • Strong communicator who can present ideas clearly
  • Knowledge of design systems, integrated digital design, and brand guidelines
  • Social media native with fresh, bold ideas and strategic insight
  • Juggles multiple projects with a collaborative spirit across digital and social platforms
  • Ready to bring creative visions to life while keeping brand vibes strong

Responsibilities

  • Execute visually compelling B2B design solutions across diverse channels (digital, print, motionand video content) to clearly communicate our brand's value proposition and enhance the client experience
  • Drive the creative vision for projects from ideation through storyboarding, developing innovative concepts for campaigns across various media that align with strategic goals and deeply resonate with target audiences.
  • Adapt campaign creative for different placements while maintaininga cohesive brand image
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding and proficiencyin working within a design system
  • Collaborate with WPP creative partners, offshore production teams, and client teams to deliver design elements on brand and to spec
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, incorporating feedback from various stakeholders
  • Serve as the creative representative for our company on the design front supporting this client
  • Maintain a superior knowledge of the latest technology; learn new programsas they are released
  • Present ideas in a clear and concise manner
