The best work happens shoulder-to-shoulder—pin-ups, workshops, model reviews—because ideas move faster in person. We work hybrid: three days together in the studio, with more as projects demand. We value flexibility, but this role isn’t remote; candidates must be local to one of our studios and available onsite regularly. Visual design is vital to the success of all our projects. At Rapt, Senior Graphic Designers are involved in all phases of projects. They maintain a keen eye for detail while also managing multiple projects across teams. We’re looking for someone who’s got the confidence and creativity required to be on the frontlines of our work.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
5-8+ years of experience in graphic design or related field
A portfolio of work demonstrating strong skills and a passion for design, typography, conceptual thinking, and visual communication
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
An awareness of current industry and technology standards
A creative, collaborative individual who isn’t afraid to think outside the box
A person with experience across multiple design platforms, such as digital, print, environmental graphic design, and signage/wayfinding design
A person who comes to the table with strong ideas and a clear sense of direction, who also welcomes and integrates feedback graciously
