Senior FPGA Development Engineer

Echodyne Corp•Kirkland, WA
•$137,196 - $205,382

About The Position

Echodyne is seeking a Senior FPGA Development Engineer to design and produce radar equipment subsystems using the company’s compact solid-state, true beam-steering radar technology. The role works with an experienced cross-disciplinary team to develop high-performance, secure radar system solutions. The engineer will design and build FPGA solutions, take technical ownership, contribute to system-level development, and help shape the team’s HDL practices. The position also includes mentoring junior engineers and supporting a collaborative, fast-paced engineering environment. The role involves close collaboration with radar, signal-processing, and software engineers to deliver platform functionality for system control and signal processing. Echodyne’s technology is export controlled by the U.S. Government; applicants will be asked to identify whether they are a U.S. citizen or green card holder, or have asylum/refugee status in the U.S., so eligibility to handle export-controlled information or obtain required authorizations can be evaluated. This is an exempt role. The stated annual salary range is $137,196–$205,382. Echodyne offers competitive compensation and benefits to full-time, U.S.-based employees.
