About The Position

As the Senior FP&A Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving financial visibility and operational performance across the organization. This position focuses on operations-related expenses, including commodities, freight, and raw materials, with a strong emphasis on trend analysis and forecasting Cost of Goods Sold (COGS). You will partner cross-functionally with Operations, Operations Finance, and FP&A teams to deliver actionable insights, support financial planning cycles, and improve forecasting accuracy. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and leverages advanced modeling techniques to inform business decisions. In-Office: Based full-time at CELSIUS® Headquarters in Boca Raton, FL

Requirements

3–5 years of relevant FP&A or finance experience, preferably within a CPG environment
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
Highly proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented mindset
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Willingness to work on-site daily at CELSIUS HQ

Experience with AI-driven financial modeling preferred

Responsibilities

Lead monthly commodities reviews and analyze costing trends
Lead monthly scrap review process
Track and analyze operations expenses including freight and raw materials
Partner with Operations, Operations Finance, and FP&A teams to improve forecasting accuracy.
Build and maintain financial models for budgeting and forecasting
Perform variance analysis and identify cost drivers
Develop trend analyses to support strategic decisions
Leverage ERP systems and Excel to enhance reporting and automation
Support continuous improvement in financial processes
Partner with pricing team proving COGS to optimize price and margin
