In this high-impact position, you will be instrumental in building strong partnerships across our broader finance, supply chain, and customer teams. Your expertise will be crucial in deciphering the key dynamics influencing CCS's financial results, pinpointing areas for improvement, and identifying opportunities to mitigate risks and enhance overall financial performance. You will also lead critical quantitative and qualitative analysis to support key customer negotiations. Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant finance experience.
- Highly organized & operates with a high level of curiosity.
- Exceptional attention to detail, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally & in writing, with a wide variety of internal and external customers.
- Adept at prioritizing and managing multiple complex initiatives under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated success in building strong cross-functional partnerships.
- Strong background in financial planning & analysis.
Nice To Haves
- An Accounting designation is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the annual operating plan (AOP), including establishing timelines, guiding sites on key assumptions, assisting with target setting, facilitating alignment meetings, and preparing and presenting the AOP deck to the CCS leadership team.
- Drive the development of CCS’s comprehensive 3-year strategic plan and associated presentation materials.
- Leads the development of CCS’s monthly executive review package including co-ordinating with the cross functional team on required materials & the development of several financial pages including commentary and variance analysis.
- Leads the development of the quarterly board presentation & Investor’s Relation’s package.
- Supports the analysis for key customer negotiations as required.
- Other duties as assigned to drive cash or profit improvements.
