About The Position

Mobile Communications America, Inc. (MCA) is seeking an experienced Senior FP&A Analyst to support its growing Central team. This hybrid position must be based in Charlotte, North Carolina; Indianapolis, Indiana; or Dallas, Texas. The analyst supports short- and long-term business planning through financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and analysis, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to provide insights on business performance. The role may also involve travel as necessary to support company and customer needs. It has no direct reports. MCA provides wireless communication, data, and security solutions to customers nationwide. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
At least 2 years of relevant work experience in FP&A or a similar role.
Strong understanding of financial concepts, financial modeling, and forecasting techniques.
Proficiency with Excel, ERP systems, financial planning software, and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex data sets.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Experience in strategic financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.

Experience with Tableau.
M&A integration experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support short-term and long-term business planning.
Conduct financial, variance, and trend analyses to identify key performance indicators.
Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for senior management and key stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial and operational data, identify trends, and provide insights on business performance.
Support the annual planning and budgeting process.
Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as required.
Travel as necessary to support company and customer needs.
