About The Position
Pragmatike is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing technology company building critical infrastructure that powers high-volume, real-time business operations across multiple systems and platforms. We are seeking a Senior Founding Product Engineer to work closely with Product, Design, customers, and engineering leadership to turn ideas into production products.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong full-stack product engineering background.
- Experience building products from early-stage concepts.
- Strong product sense and customer empathy.
- Ability to move quickly while maintaining engineering quality.
- Strong communication and ownership.
- Fluent English required.
Nice To Haves
- AI/ML product experience.
- Startup or scale-up experience.
- Experience with TypeScript, React, Python, or similar.
- Experience building 0→1 products.
Responsibilities
- Build new product capabilities from concept to production.
- Work closely with Product and customers to identify high-value problems.
- Develop full-stack features across frontend, backend, APIs, and infrastructure.
- Rapidly prototype and validate product ideas.
- Own features end-to-end from architecture through deployment.
- Use customer feedback to iterate quickly.
- Build scalable foundations without over-engineering.
- Improve developer experience, testing, and product reliability.
- Contribute to product and technical strategy.
