About The Position

As a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll embed directly with enterprise clients to deliver production-ready voice AI solutions end-to-end. You'll be the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, driving adoption, shaping the platform through field insights, and becoming a go-to expert on building with voice AI and LLM-powered systems.

Requirements

2+ years in a customer-facing technical role — Solutions Engineering, Technical PM, Customer Success/Support Engineering, or founder experience
Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Proven track record delivering systems in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Production-grade coding ability in Python, JavaScript, or equivalent
Working knowledge of LLM-powered systems and their UX implications
Proactive risk management and the ability to maintain momentum under pressure

Responsibilities

Lead full project delivery using a cutting-edge voice agent platform — from prototyping through to production — communicating progress and risks clearly throughout
Build full-stack integrations (Python, JavaScript) with enterprise tools including CRMs, ERPs, and scheduling systems
Partner with sales to gather requirements, prototype demos, and present system designs to clients
Develop deep expertise in voice AI solutions, including LLM prompting strategies and best practices
Scope projects, resolve blockers, and keep cross-functional teams aligned with concise, effective updates
Codify reusable patterns into tools or platform components
Translate field feedback into actionable product and GTM recommendations
