Demonstrated ability to design complete system architectures and produce detailed architecture diagrams.
Experience owning full technical delivery for clients, including pre-sales, requirements gathering, scoping, solution design, implementation, integration, and post-sale support.
Proven experience building and deploying customer-facing software systems in production through software engineering, solutions engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting roles.
Strong client-facing communication skills and professional presence, with the ability to run technical sessions and present solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working directly with senior and executive-level stakeholders.
Healthcare or life sciences domain expertise strongly preferred, particularly in areas such as: Patient services, Specialty pharmacy, Pharmacovigilance, Clinical operations, Health insurance, Healthcare compliance / HIPAA
Strong proficiency with modern programming languages and frameworks, including Python, JavaScript/Node.js, TypeScript, Next.js, and React.
