About The Position

This role oversees all food and beverage outlets, including Torreyana Restaurant and Lounge, Horizons Café, Marketplace, In-Room Dining, and Pool Service, ensuring exceptional service, operational excellence, and memorable guest experiences. We are looking for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-outlet environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality while driving performance and team engagement.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in a supervisory position within food and beverage, preferably high-volume restaurant or hotel setting
• Ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
• Previous experience with forecasting, labor management, and inventory
• Comfortability with learning new software and computer literacy
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
