About The Position

Nscale is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to manage finance applications within their ERP (NetSuite) and oversee IT general controls. This role, based in New York, involves partnering with finance process owners and reporting to the Director, Finance Tech. The analyst will ensure applications are supported, released, and controlled as Nscale expands globally, and will advise finance leadership on system capabilities and limitations.

Requirements

Experience administering finance applications outside the ERP across areas such as procurement, planning, close, expense and treasury.
Experience administering integrations between finance systems, including monitoring, failure resolution and data consistency.
Experience supporting external audits from the systems side, including producing access and change evidence.
Ability to design end-to-end system processes with controls and compliance requirements in mind.
Experience managing support queues across several systems with competing priorities.
Willingness to stay current with product releases and take ownership of new applications as they are added.

Responsibilities

Administer and support applications across procurement and accounts payable (Zip or similar), financial planning and analysis (Pigment), consolidation and close (OneStream), travel and expenses (Navan and Payhawk), and treasury (Kyriba).
Maintain platform stability and identify proactive improvements.
Resolve incoming support tickets end to end and maintain end-user documentation.
Use AI tools to work more efficiently on day-to-day finance systems tasks.
Lead the systems side of new implementations and upgrades, from requirements through testing, business sign-off and post-launch support.
Test releases across the finance applications.
Advise the Director, Finance Tech and finance leadership on system capabilities and limits.
Own user access, including provisioning, deprovisioning and reviews.
Act as the technical contact for auditors on these systems.
Provide system records and complete lists of users and changes for audits.
