We are seeking a knowledgeable, service-oriented Senior Financial Services Representative (Senior FSR) to join our Newville Community Office team. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted banking professional who provides personalized service, supports daily branch operations, and helps customers find solutions that fit their financial needs. You'll also be a valued team member who leads by example and contributes to a welcoming, customer-focused environment.

Requirements

Possesses previous banking, cash handling, retail sales, financial services, or related customer service experience

Responsibilities

Create positive experiences for customers through friendly, professional service
Process a variety of financial transactions accurately and efficiently
Open, maintain, and service consumer deposit accounts
Assist customers with account questions, banking requests, and service needs
Recognize opportunities to recommend financial products and services that align with customer goals
Support business account activities and branch operational functions
Maintain compliance with banking regulations, policies, and procedures
Share knowledge and provide guidance to fellow team members
Help contribute to branch growth, customer retention, and service excellence
