As a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst, you will hold primary responsibility for subsidiary financial statements, management reporting, and trend analysis. You will provide the data-driven recommendations that guide our forecasting and budget preparation, ensuring KVC remains a strong, stable pillar for the communities we serve. This is a hybrid position with three days a week in the office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; a degree in accounting is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience producing and reviewing financial statements, creating management reports, and preparing budgets.
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
  • Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Extremely well-organized with the ability to prioritize and balance multiple high-stakes tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively partner with management and external contacts.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, accountability, and the ability to maintain the highest ethical standards.

  • Degree in accounting is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review accurate, timely monthly financial statements using GAAP.
  • Analyze financial data and report variances to provide clear management insights.
  • Develop financial management reports, forecasting, and annual budgets.
  • Gather and interpret complex data to respond to critical financial inquiries.
