About The Position

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is seeking a Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst to join the BDS Aerospace Composites Center (ACC) team in Hazelwood, MO. You will lead the ACC Long Range Business Plan (LRBP), site disclosure statement, Forward Pricing Rate Proposal (FPRP) rate submittal, and ad-hoc rate analysis. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the various ACC functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a finance related position such as Financial Operations, Cost Management, Accounting, Estimating, Financial Planning, Contracts or Procurement
• Financial Analysis (PFA)
• 3+ years of experience using financial analysis for the purposes of decision making
• 1+ years of experience providing briefings to senior and/or executive level management
• 1+ years of experience in a leadership role leading various teams, initiatives, or projects to meet business objectives and influence change
• 1+ years of experience creating and analyzing data to identify data trends and communicate a story to depict findings
• Must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
• Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

• 1+ years of experience developing rates and/or estimating proposals
• 1+ years of cash management (working capital) experience
• 1+ years of experience in Enterprise Planning and Analysis Systems (EPAS)

• 1+ years of experience with Profit & Loss

Responsibilities

• Develops and consolidates the annual LRBP, site disclosure statement, FPRP rate submittal, monthly and ad-hoc rate analysis for the business
• Acts as key finance focal for the integration of multiple business financials
• Develops executive-level presentations for BDS ACC leadership team
• Sets and drives efficient processes for LRBP, focused on continuous improvement and best practices
• Establishes partnerships and relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and functional leaders
