The portfolio this role will be supporting is focused on TD Auto Finance as well as Business Credit Cards (in addition to broader Canadian Business Banking). The role involves providing guidance on day-to-day AML/ATF/Sanctions/ABAC matters, conducting research and analysis, assisting in policy development, and facilitating risk assessments. It also includes handling escalated matters, preparing management reporting, and presenting opinions on the adequacy of AML/ATF/Sanctions/ABAC processes and controls. The role requires analyzing risk exposure, responding to regulatory requests, and staying current on industry trends and regulatory requirements. It also involves coordinating with other AML/ATF/Sanctions/ABAC partners to ensure enterprise-wide consistency and protecting the organization's interests by managing risks and escalating issues. The role provides basic guidance and direction to business and FCRM partners, and requires expertise in AML/ATF/Sanctions/ABAC disciplines. It involves providing advanced analysis and specialized reporting, offering AML/ATF/Sanctions/ABAC advice as an FCRM representative on projects, and understanding the industry, competition, and organizational differentiators. The role leads projects of moderate to complex risks, acts as a contact for business management and auditors, recommends and implements solutions, and coordinates work with other areas as needed. It identifies and leads problem resolution for complex requirements-related issues at all levels and generally reports to a Senior Manager.
