About The Position
The Boeing Company is seeking a Senior Financial Cost Analyst to join the P8 Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) team in Renton, Washington. In this exciting role, you'll be at the center of a high-performance production environment, partnering with manufacturing, business operating and program leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, business or a related field
- 3+ years of experience performing financial analysis
- 3+ years of experience with estimates of completion (EACs,) forecasting, resource planning, and cost management
- Experience in building strong business relationships and collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
- Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Long-Range Business Planning (LRBP), Estimates at Complete (EAC), Earned Value Management (EVMS), or cost performance analysis
- Experience in estimating, contracts, pricing, or proposal development
- Experience in the ability to lead financial analysis for complex programs or projects
- Experience in strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Responsibilities
- Leads integration and analysis of Labor forecasts for programs
- Develops complex performance reports
- Leads integration of variance analyses and provides understanding of financial performance to senior management
- Makes recommendations to senior management on financial performance projections using financial and business knowledge and experience
- Leads development of complex strategic and operating plans as it relates to integrated resource forecasts and/or Estimates at Completion (EACs) forecast
- Leads the development of complex business cases
- Drives continuous improvement in program financial processes, forecasting accuracy, and financial controls
