Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. Estimated annual base pay: $85,000(minimum) - $110,000(midpoint) - $136,000(maximum) All members included in annual cash bonus opportunity. Requirements

  • Expertise in financial analysis and modeling, including the ability to analyze complex financial data and develop financial forecasts and budgets.
  • Ability to think strategically, analyze business trends, and develop insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  • In-depth knowledge of the company's business, industry, and market trends, including a deep understanding of financial performance drivers.
  • Proficiency in financial software, Excel, and other analytical tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, including working with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify financial issues and recommend solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, including the ability to identify errors and discrepancies in financial data.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently.
  • This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). All applicants must be U.S. Persons within the meaning of the ITAR and EAR, or eligible to obtain all required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State and/or the U.S. Department of Commerce. Responsibilities

  • Leading the development of financial plans, forecasts, and budgets for the organization.
  • Analyzing financial data and creating financial models to support strategic decision-making.
  • Conducting analysis of key business performance metrics, including revenue, profit margins, and operating expenses.
  • Providing insights and recommendations to senior management on business performance improvement opportunities.
  • Preparing regular financial reports and dashboards to provide senior management with a clear understanding of the organization's financial performance.
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Evaluating investment opportunities, assessing risk, and making recommendations to senior management on potential investments.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including senior management, investors, and external partners.
  • Providing financial guidance and support to other departments within the organization.
