Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related field
- Four to six years of accounting, finance, or financial analysis experience
- Strong financial modeling and forecasting experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Deliver meaningful insights that support business decisions
- Build strong partnerships with management and business leaders
- Translate complex financial information into actionable recommendations
- Maintain exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
- Be a proactive learner—take initiative to build your knowledge, skills and confidence
- Deliver reliable, responsive internal support to bank partners

- Professional certification (CPA, CFA, or similar) preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead complex financial analysis and forecasting projects
- Develop and maintain advanced financial models
- Evaluate operating performance and profitability trends
- Support annual budgeting and long-range planning processes
- Research financial issues and provide recommendations to management
- Prepare executive-level reports and presentations
- Assist with strategic initiatives and business case development
- Recommend process improvements and cost-saving opportunities
- Mentor less experienced analysts and provide technical guidance
