About The Position

This role involves developing and reporting consolidated financial statements for both Ohio and Tennessee plants, including budgets, pro forma financial statements, and the Long-Term Plan (LTP). The Senior Financial Analyst will lead month-end reporting and financial analysis, streamline consolidation workflows, and manage the monthly rolling forecast by collaborating with plant finance teams to develop strategies for achieving the budget. The position also requires addressing Department of Energy (DOE) Financial Compliance requirements, providing quarterly pricing negotiation support with financial forecasts, and developing scenario analysis models to assess risks and opportunities. This role supervises two Analysts and requires 30% domestic and international travel. The work policy is hybrid, with 3 days in-office and 2 days remote, requiring the ability to report to the local office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field of study
  • 10 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or related role
  • Four years of experience with Advanced financial modeling and forecasting with variance analysis
  • Three years of experience with Product Costing and Inventory Management
  • One year of experience with Scenario planning to estimate the impact of business situations
  • One year of experience with Automation consolidation workflow including integrating diverse systems and data sources and working with enterprise system integration projects
  • One year of experience with Compliance and reporting to comply with accounting standards including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, USGAAP, and IFRS

Responsibilities

  • Develop and report consolidated financial statements of both Ohio and Tennessee plants including budget, pro forma financial statements, and Long-Term Plan (LTP).
  • Lead thoughtful, timely month-end reporting and financial analysis.
  • Streamline consolidation workflows to reduce manual errors and improve efficiency.
  • Manage the Monthly rolling forecast by communicating with each plant finance and developing tactics and strategy to attain the budget.
  • Address the Department of Energy (DOE) Financial Compliance requirements.
  • Provide quarterly pricing negotiation support with financial forecast.
  • Develop scenario analysis models to assess risks and opportunities.
  • Supervise two Analysts.
