About The Position

Turn Financial Insights into Strategic Decisions That Drive Growth. This role involves maintaining comprehensive capital expenditure forecasts, analyzing project cost variances, and developing financial models to support strategic initiatives. The analyst will assess and quantify risks and opportunities for capital projects, oversee and maintain budgeting, financial forecasting, and modeling tools, including the three-statement company forecast model. Additionally, the position supports the annual strategic planning process through scenario analysis and analyzes current and past trends of key performance indicators (KPIs) across revenue, direct expenses, overhead, and capital expenditures.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
Three or more years of related experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, or accounting.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and cash flow modeling.

Nice To Haves

Experience in mining, agriculture, energy, or a public company.
CPA, CFA, or MBA designation.

Responsibilities

Maintain comprehensive capital expenditure forecasts and analyze project cost variances.
Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives, including NPV, IRR, and other project return calculations.
Assess and quantify key risks and opportunities for capital projects.
Oversee and maintain the continued development of budgeting, financial forecasting, and modeling tools, including the three-statement company forecast model.
Support the annual strategic planning process through site-level and company-level scenario analysis.
Analyze current and past trends of KPI’s including all areas of revenue, direct expenses, overhead and capital expenditures.
