About The Position

Antylia Scientific is seeking a data-driven, business-minded, results-oriented Analyst to join our Finance team. The FP&A team is integral in driving business decisions from data using detailed financial analysis. We surface insights that drive strategy and optimal decision making for the executive team and leaders across the organization. In this role, you will be responsible for working cross-functionally to forecast business needs, dig into trends and surface value-creating opportunities. To succeed in this role, you must be innately curious, deeply analytical, highly driven and a strong communicator, with the ability to partner with all levels of the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field required; Master’s degree preferred
  • 4+ years relevant experience
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen detail-orientation
  • Outstanding prioritization skills (strong ability to manage multiple and competing priorities)
  • Ability to comprehend complex problems, identify root cause, and drive towards solution.
  • Experience with Workday Adaptive – including developing reports, trouble shooting and updating
  • Communicates clearly and effectively with colleagues from different functions, regions, and backgrounds. Demonstrates sound judgment, tact, and diplomacy in dealing with internal customers.
  • Utilizing solid financial knowledge and business acumen to build financial models, interoperate data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations that deliver results, drive improvements, and influence leaders
  • Technical ability to build automated and interactive dashboards in QlikSense.
  • Ability to reconcile data across systems and implement data controls
  • Possesses initiative, enthusiasm, intellectual curiosity, a positive attitude and ability to perform as a team player.

Responsibilities

  • Lead monthly and quarterly financial reporting to finance and business leadership, clearly articulating revenue, gross margin, and operating expense performance, including key drivers of variances to plan and associated risks and opportunities.
  • Partner with functional leaders to manage and control operating expenses, providing transparency to spend trends, headcount planning, and cost optimization opportunities.
  • Own and execute core FP&A processes including weekly and monthly close, forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, and consolidations across revenue, gross margin, and operating expenses using Adaptive Planning and other financial systems. Leverage advanced Excel capabilities to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and transparency.
  • Drive the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process within Adaptive, including timeline management, detailed operating budget development, and delivery of executive-ready materials.
  • Maintain and enhance Adaptive models, assumptions, workforce planning inputs, and reporting structures to improve forecast accuracy and planning scalability.
  • Develop and enhance next-generation dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to provide actionable insights and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  • Provide financial modeling and analytical support for targeted investments, headcount decisions, and other strategic business initiatives.
  • Collect, synthesize, and analyze quantitative data to develop insights that drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and disciplined cost management.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business leaders and finance peers to promote best practices, improve financial processes, and drive continuous improvement across FP&A.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
