Senior Financial Analyst, Inizio Medical (US - East Coast)
About The Position
The Senior Financial Analyst provides advanced financial analysis, reporting and commercial insight to support strategic and operational decision-making. The role works closely with Finance Business Partners, agency leadership, Divisional FP&A and Global Finance Services, and owns the end-to-end financial reporting package for assigned agencies or business units. It is accountable for the integrity, quality and timely delivery of management reporting, with insights that support business performance and decisions. The role leads forecasting and planning for assigned entities, supports budgeting and forecasting cycles, and develops financial models, scenario analyses, business cases and investment analyses as required. It analyzes profitability and financial variances, identifies performance drivers, and recommends ways to improve results. It also improves reporting quality, automation, planning processes, tools, dashboards, models and financial data quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience in financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting and financial analysis.
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting and profitability analysis.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to finance and non-finance stakeholders.
- Strong relationship-building and business partnering skills.
- Comfort working within a global matrix organisation.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Collaborative, proactive and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities
- Own the monthly financial reporting package for assigned agencies or business units.
- Ensure completeness, accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, including the P&L, balance sheet and key performance metrics.
- Produce monthly, quarterly and ad hoc management reports for business leadership.
- Review financial information prepared by Global Finance Services and Financial Analysts for quality and consistency.
- Provide commentary explaining financial performance, risks, opportunities and key business drivers.
- Lead forecasting for revenue, margin, utilisation, headcount and operating expenses for assigned entities.
- Support Finance Business Partners during budgeting and forecasting cycles.
- Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support commercial decisions.
- Prepare business cases and investment analyses when required.
- Analyze profitability by client, project and business unit.
- Investigate financial variances and identify underlying performance drivers.
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve financial performance.
- Support commercial decision-making through financial analysis.
