About The Position

The Senior Financial Analyst - FP&A prepares financial and operational reports, conducts ad hoc financial analysis, and interprets data to quantify financial opportunities and risks. The role communicates recommended business decisions and actions, performs root cause analysis, and partners with divisional leadership and other functional areas to develop proactive process and technology solutions. The analyst also develops financial analysis tools and supports annual operating plans and divisional and corporate budgets. The position follows a hybrid schedule, with in-office work Tuesday through Thursday, and requires at least 10% travel to division locations for on-site support. The stated work schedule is 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with overtime potential.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree and 4 to 6 years of related experience, or a high school diploma/GED and 7 to 9 or more years of specific experience.

Nice To Haves

Master's degree.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Responsibilities

Prepare financial and operational reports and ad hoc financial analysis.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to quantify financial opportunity and risk, and communicate optimal business decisions and actions.
Perform root cause analysis and partner with divisional leadership and other functional areas to drive proactive solutions through process and technology solutions.
Develop financial analysis tools to assist in management decisions.
Support the development of annual operating plans, divisional budgets, and corporate budgets.
Travel at least 10% to provide on-site support to division locations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
