About The Position

Alliance Technical Group (ATG), a Blackstone-backed environmental compliance, testing, and monitoring platform with more than 60 locations across North America, is building its finance organization to support its growth. The Senior Financial Analyst will work directly with the Director of FP&A and alongside business unit leaders and the broader finance organization. The role supports the budget, rolling forecast, M&A integration model, and monthly leadership reporting, while helping strengthen the planning process through zero-based budgeting, rolling forecasts, and variance-to-plan analysis. The analyst will help develop and maintain financial models, reporting templates, and the management operating rhythm, including NetSuite Planning & Budgeting. This is a hands-on opportunity to build financial modeling and analytical capabilities and gain exposure to the CFO and business unit leadership. In the first year, success means running the forecast and budget process with minimal oversight while delivering accurate, timely work; producing variance analysis that informs monthly discussions with business unit leaders; providing reliable support for at least one acquisition integration from close through reporting; and becoming a trusted resource for challenging analytical work.
