About The Position

As a Senior Financial Analyst, North America Supply Chain, you’ll be part of our Tools & Outdoor Global Supply Chain Finance team working as a hybrid employee. You’ll get to partner with company leaders and own supply chain support department reporting and budget processes for the Americas region, ensuring strong financial visibility, planning discipline, and alignment to business objectives. You will support end-to-end supply chain operations through insightful scenario planning and financial analysis that enable timely, data-driven decision making. Apply strategic thinking to support global logistics and supply planning, providing thoughtful analysis, clear recommendations, and solutions that drive continuous process and cost improvement. Continue to build, enhance, and streamline supply chain reporting and KPI’s, improving visibility into operational and financial performance across the business. Lead variance analysis and performance reporting to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and communicate actionable insights to business leaders. Support ad hoc analysis, forecasting, and cross-functional initiatives that strengthen supply chain performance and business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
