About The Position

The financial analyst role is an entry-level development opportunity for finance professionals to build a strong foundation in corporate finance and FP&A. This role provides broad exposure across multiple areas of the P&L and offers the opportunity to work closely with other finance partners. The analyst will support monthly, quarterly, and annual planning processes and assisting with financial analysis, reporting, presentations, and operational support. This role is ideal for someone early in their finance career who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, adaptable, and excited to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial systems is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Positive attitude, high energy, and a desire to build a career in finance.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with month-end close, forecasting, annual planning, and quarterly business review (QBR) processes.
  • Prepare reports, analyze financial results, and help identify key trends and variances across various P&L line items.
  • Support financial modeling, reporting, and ad hoc analysis as needed.
  • Provide flexible support to multiple finance professionals based on business priorities and workload demands.
  • Gain exposure to various areas of the business by assisting with projects, analyses, and ongoing financial processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and support decision-making.
  • Coordinate and prepare financial materials, including report compilation, presentation formatting, and distribution.
  • Help maintain organized financial documentation, reporting files, and planning tools.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline administrative and reporting processes to improve team efficiency.
