About The Position

The Finance Department within The TJX Companies, Inc. prepares and leads the reporting and ad hoc analysis to all areas of our business. While each group has their own area of expertise, they are all looked upon as leaders with vision responsible for understanding and communicating the data that drives our organization and makes us a global leader.

Requirements

3+ years of Financial Analysis, Consulting, or Investment Banking experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics preferred
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
Demonstrated aptitude with Microsoft Office applications with sophisticated Excel skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
High level of attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple engagements and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team environment

Responsibilities

Partner with different areas of the business to provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to our CFOs and senior leadership teams
Synthesize conclusions and develop recommendations based on data you have captured
Drive annual and long range budgeting processes
Build and maintain sophisticated financial models to support corporate decision making
Develop presentations and messaging for senior leadership
Collaborate cross functionally with other areas of TJX such as Store Operations, HR, Real Estate, Marketing, and Merchandising
