The Accident and Health Senior Financial Analyst implements financial processes supporting the core operations of the Accident and Health business unit, including premium billing and collection, commission payments, financial reporting, and internal controls. This position engages with external program managers, administrators, intermediaries and fronting insurance companies (collectively, “MGUs”) to ensure processes are in place to receive accurate and timely financial and operational data that supports internal reporting requirements. The role is responsible for ensuring financial accuracy and implementing effective internal controls. Working closely with Actuarial, Accounting, Claims Operations, and enterprise partners, this manager maintains the integrity of financial information across the organization and ensures compliance with enterprise financial and reporting standards.
