About The Position

Outpatient Imaging Affiliates is seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, compassionate individual who is a strong communicator to join an energetic, patient-focused team! Under the direction of the Finance Director, the Senior Financial Analyst compiles and analyzes financial information for the organization. This role develops integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations. The Senior Financial Analyst creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately. This position identifies trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to senior management. The role also performs financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures, this role relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performing a variety of tasks, a wide degree of creativity and ability to work autonomously is expected. Requirements

  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in Finance or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting is required.
  • Demonstrated financial acumen and analytical experience including knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and/or data interpretation and analysis.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills working with internal and external partners and executive management.
  • Possesses a working knowledge of regulatory bodies relating to payroll, taxes, and general business financial conditions.
  • A strong attention to detail with the ability to provide documentation accurately and concisely.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results; effective multi-tasking skills are vital.
  • Comfortable working with very sensitive data and can maintain a high degree of discretion.
  • Financial modeling and advanced proficiency in Excel (lookups, pivot tables, and other advanced formulas).

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree a plus.
  • Oracle experience and cash flow forecasting experience is preferred.
