About The Position

AST Defeasance is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to support commercial real estate finance transactions. The role involves running standard Excel calculations and checking outputs against source documents, organizing transaction-closing materials, maintaining deal trackers and databases, reviewing templates for errors, and responding to routine internal requests. This is an onsite position five days per week in Cedarhurst, New York. Relocation costs are not covered. Compensation is $90,000–$100,000 per year.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word and Excel.
• Effective time management and ability to multitask.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong writing skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis; the company cannot provide visa sponsorship now or in the future, including H-1B, TN, E-3, or sponsorship for OPT or STEM OPT extensions.

Nice To Haves

• 3–4 years’ experience in real estate or finance.

Responsibilities
