Senior Financial Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis

Alliance Technical Group•Decatur, AL

About The Position

Alliance Technical Group is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst for its Financial Planning & Analysis team. The role supports the company’s budgeting, forecasting, M&A integration, and monthly leadership reporting as ATG grows its environmental compliance, testing, and monitoring platform. The analyst will work directly with the Director of FP&A and gain exposure to business unit leaders, the CFO, and the broader finance organization. The Senior Financial Analyst will help develop the enterprise annual operating plan, maintain the rolling revenue and EBITDA forecast, analyze monthly results against budget and forecast, and support acquisition modeling and integration into financial reporting. The role also builds monthly business unit performance packages and flash reporting, maintains planning models and reporting processes—including NetSuite Planning & Budgeting—and handles ad hoc analysis for the Director of FP&A and CFO. In the first year, success means running the budget and forecast process with minimal oversight, delivering timely and incisive variance analysis, providing reliable support through at least one acquisition integration, and becoming a trusted resource for complex analytical work.
