Senior Financial Analyst, Business Restructuring and Turnaround Services

BDOToronto, ON
CA$68,000 - CA$104,000Hybrid

About The Position

We’re looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Corporate Restructuring group. This is a new role. This is a unique and exciting opportunity for someone who wants to build a meaningful career in financial advisory—where you’ll be on the front lines of helping companies and creditors manage through disruption and change. Our team works with creditors in recovering their debts through receiverships and bankruptcies, acting as court-appointed officers to preserve and maximize value. We also assist distressed businesses to stabilize operations, develop turnaround plans, and lead financial restructurings—both formal and informal. Some days, that might mean building a cash flow model or preparing a strategic recovery plan. Other days, you're managing the sale of a business, preparing Court reports, or even filing a tax return—because in our world, anything can land on your desk, and it probably will. This is a hands-on, dynamic role suited for someone who thrives under pressure, communicates clearly, and genuinely enjoys problem solving. It’s challenging—but also incredibly rewarding. You’ll be part of a high-performing team that celebrates contributions and fosters professional growth.
