We are seeking a finance professional to join our Professional Services FP&A Team at a Senior Financial analyst level. The individual will assist in monthly and quarterly close and forecast activities. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum 5+ years related Finance experience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the attitude to deliver and think ahead.
Maturity to drive things forward and be a proactive contributor.
Strong technical, analytical, communication, and influencing skills.
Ability to adapt to the rapid business and organizational changes that accompany a high-growth environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience with full P&L modeling including top line analysis and capacity modeling is a plus.
Knowledge of Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning is a plus.

Responsibilities

Build effective partnerships across the Professional Services & Field Sales business units.
Prepare monthly and quarterly P&L and high-level financial package.
Communicate variances to plan/budget to key stakeholders and collaborate across accounting, professional services, and operations teams.
Combine quantitative and qualitative analysis to highlight business risks and opportunities and support long-term growth.
Partner with business to accurately forecast metrics for Professional Services and Field Sales, including revenue projections and capacity expectations.
Prepare, interpret, and communicate financial reporting, analysis, and ad-hoc reporting to business partners within Workday.
Become acquainted with business processes and highlight opportunities for automation and process improvement.
Support and manage ad hoc projects.
