Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/ Position Overview We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join the SS Business Unit Finance Team supporting commercial and supply chain. The SFA will play an integral role in supporting the business by performing actionable analyses that drives key short-term and long-range strategic decisions. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven analyst to provide a deep level of support to the business.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in finance/accounting or related business experience is required.
  • Think strategically and creatively while working effectively in a team environment is required.
  • Demonstrate a balance of big picture thinking with appropriate attention to detail, accuracy, and sound judgment in delivering business outcomes is required.
  • Ability to work well in a dynamic environment, recommend and implement process improvements, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously is required.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel modeling and PowerPoint presentations) is required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end forecast processes (BP, JU, NU, LTs) for SS.
  • Drive margin improvement through strategic pricing analysis in partnership with marketing teams.
  • Spearhead the annual cost revision process for both existing products and NPIs.
  • Lead ad-hoc initiatives in partnership with the SS commercial team.
  • Ensure portfolio decisions, profitability and growth initiatives are supported with sound financial analysis.
  • Support financial aspects of the existing external partnerships related to the reprocessing business.
  • Coordinate financial updates with the US Electrophysiology (EP) commercial finance team during forecast cycles.
  • Conduct sound financial analysis to influence key decisions and deliver in-depth financial analysis on Sales, Gross Profit, COGS, and CNIS performance as needed.
