As a Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll play a meaningful role in helping leaders make informed business decisions. You’ll work with financial data to uncover insights, support strategy, and contribute to performance across a diverse group of businesses. You’ll gain exposure to multiple industries—including furniture manufacturing & distribution, software, and managed IT services—while building skills in forecasting, valuation, acquisitions, and consolidated reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Active CPA certification
- 4–5 years of public accounting (audit) experience
- Solid Excel skills with a desire to continue building advanced capabilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear communicator who enjoys translating financial insights for non-financial audiences
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while continuing to learn and develop
Responsibilities
- Build and refine financial models to support strategic initiatives
- Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly performance (budget vs. actuals, variance analysis, profitability)
- Identify trends and translate data into meaningful insights
- Partner with business leaders to develop departmental budgets
- Support rolling forecasts and long-term financial planning
- Identify key drivers and opportunities to improve performance
- Contribute to analyses that support decisions around pricing, investments, and cost management
- Provide ad hoc analysis to senior leadership
- Support evaluation of strategic opportunities, including acquisitions
- Learn current processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Help streamline reporting and financial workflows
- Partner cross-functionally to enhance tools and reporting capabilities
