About The Position

This Senior Financial Analyst position offers an exciting opportunity to serve as a key analytical resource for one of JLL's strategic client accounts. You'll be at the center of financial analysis, reporting, and strategic decision-making, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive cost optimization and process excellence. This role goes beyond traditional number-crunching—you'll transform complex data into actionable insights that directly influence business strategy and client satisfaction. As a collaborative team member, you'll support Six Sigma quality initiatives, develop sophisticated financial models, and create compelling reports that inform executive-level decisions. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related analytical role.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros), PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong foundation in accounting principles with proven ability to analyze financial data and identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Ability to streamline work processes to build efficiencies and provide training to the teams as needed
  • Ability to provide high level support to leadership on an ad hoc bases, effectively managing time sensitive requests
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to present complex financial information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Proven organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Track record of maintaining confidentiality and exercising sound judgment when handling sensitive financial information.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with computer-based accounting applications, particularly JD Edwards or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms.
  • Background supporting Six Sigma, Lean, or other continuous improvement methodologies and quality initiatives.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis tools and techniques for data modeling and forecasting.
  • Experience creating automated reporting solutions and developing efficient data management processes.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint or similar collaboration platforms for document management and team coordination.
  • Previous experience in commercial real estate, property management, or corporate services environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across functions and build strong working relationships with both internal teams and external clients.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct complex financial analysis and modeling using statistical tools to support forecasting, trend analysis, and performance evaluation
  • Develop and deliver regular and ad-hoc reporting deliverables, including client-ready presentations, dashboards, graphs, and executive summaries that clearly communicate financial insights.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on Six Sigma projects and continuous improvement initiatives to identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.
  • Perform detailed variation analysis and investigate financial discrepancies, providing management with recommendations for optimization strategies.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline reporting processes through automation while maintaining data integrity and accuracy.
  • Maintain and leverage team SharePoint sites for data collection, documentation, and communication to ensure seamless information flow.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal stakeholders and client contacts, handling sensitive financial information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Provide support to offshore teams and overseeing completion of deliverables
