About The Position

We have an opportunity for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Sales Finance team, reporting to the Senior Manager of Finance. This role is focused on rebuilding global reporting and data foundations while supporting planning, forecasting and revenue insights. You will partner closely with Finance, Sales, Revenue Operations, Renewals, IT and consulting partners to design practical solutions for complex reporting needs. The team is in a fast-moving rebuild phase, so this role is best suited for someone who can move quickly through ambiguity, roll up their sleeves and build—not just operate—processes. This is a top-line focused role. You will work with bookings, annual recurring revenue (ARR), renewals, install base, forecasts, actuals, variance analysis and related performance measures. The role supports global stakeholders across time zones and may expand into broader FP&A over time.

Requirements

  • 6-11 years of experience in finance, FP&A, Sales Finance or business analytics in a technology or SaaS environment
  • Experience with software bookings and recurring revenue concepts, including ARR, ACV/TCV, actuals, forecasts, variance analysis and performance drivers
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience is required, along with strong Excel and reporting skills
  • Strong preference for Databricks experience; Tableau, SQL or comparable BI/data-platform experience is highly valuable
  • Experience building or rebuilding reporting processes, data models or dashboards in an ambiguous, changing environment
  • Ability to design solutions, connect data across reporting levels and improve processes rather than simply follow an established SOP
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical data clearly to business leaders
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams and stakeholders across time zones
  • Curiosity and practical fluency with generative AI, including a willingness to work in an AI-first environment while protecting confidential data and applying human judgment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Own and improve global bookings, renewals, install-base and top-line performance reporting, including bookings, ARR, ACV/TCV, attach rates, actuals, forecasts and variance analysis
  • Partner with Sales Finance, Finance, Sales, Revenue Operations, Renewals, IT and consulting teams to rebuild reporting and data foundations
  • Design and implement practical solutions for complex reporting issues by connecting quote-line, renewal and customer-level data into useful business views
  • Translate business requirements into data definitions, reporting logic and scalable processes using Salesforce, Databricks and related tools
  • Develop and deliver recurring reports, dashboards and executive-ready insights for global stakeholders across time zones
  • Support long-range planning and future expansion into broader FP&A using historical trends, pipeline data and business drivers
  • Communicate technical findings clearly, build stakeholder alignment and recommend actions in a fast-moving, evolving environment
  • Use generative AI tools to pressure-test assumptions, document and rethink processes, accelerate analysis and identify more efficient ways to work, applying sound judgment and human review
